Luděk has been active in Private Equity and Venture Capital since 1994 and is the founder of Versute Investments. Prior to founding Versute, he was Vice President at Riverside Europe Partners, Regional Manager at GIMV (a Flemish investment company) and Investment Manager at Regional Enterprise Fund. Ludek has been part of many investments and successful exits across Europe.

Jan has also worked with Versute Investments since 2015. Prior to that, he worked for BH Securities a.s. for more than 20 years, where he was a member of management and led several departments. He has worked as an investment banker since 1994. In his career, Jan held several positions on the governing bodies of portfolio companies and currently serves as Chairman of the Board at one of them. Jan graduated in mechanical engineering from Brno University of Technology.

Bohumil has been working with Versute Investments since 2015. Prior to that, he worked for BH Securities a.s. for more than 18 years, where he led the Sales & Trading Department. In his career, he has held several positions in the management bodies of portfolio companies and currently serves as a Managing Director in one of them. Prior to joining BH Securities a.s., he worked for Patria Finance and ČSOB (KBC Group) as an investment banker.

Marek, a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 2024, joined the team in 2019. He previously worked at the Ministry of Finance, Penta Investments, JetBrains, Exxonmobil, CBRE and EY. Marek graduated from the University of Economics and Business in Prague with a degree in management and consulting, he also studied at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and holds an MBA from ZHAW Zurich University.
