We invest in small and medium-sized enterprises through Private Equity funds. We are currently the manager (General Partner) of the fund VERSUTE Private Equity Fund Otevřený.
Luděk has been active in Private Equity and Venture Capital since 1994 and is the founder of Versute Investments. Prior to founding Versute, he was Vice President at Riverside Europe Partners, Regional Manager at GIMV (a Flemish investment company) and Investment Manager at Regional Enterprise Fund. Ludek has been part of many investments and successful exits across Europe.

Jan spolupracuje s Versute Investments od roku 2015. Předtím pracoval pro BH Securities a.s. více než 20 let, kde byl členem managementu a vedl několik oddělení. Od roku 1994 pracoval jako investiční bankéř. Jan ve své kariéře zastával již několik pozic v řídících orgánech portfoliových společností a aktuálně působí jako předseda představenstva v jedné z nich. Jan vystudoval strojírenství na Vysokém učení technickém v Brně.
Bohumil také spolupracuje s Versute Investments od roku 2015. Předtím pracoval pro BH Securities a.s. více než 18 let, kde vedl Sales & Trading oddělení. Ve své kariéře již zastával několik pozic v řídících orgánech portfoliových společností a v současné době v jedné z nich působí jako jednatel. Před přestupem do BH Securities a.s. pracoval pro Patria Finance a ČSOB jako investiční bankéř.

Marek, a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 2024, joined the team in 2019. He previously worked at the Ministry of Finance, Penta Investments, JetBrains, Exxonmobil, CBRE and EY. Marek graduated from the University of Economics and Business in Prague with a degree in management and consulting, he also studied at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and holds an MBA from ZHAW Zurich University.

Before joining the team in 2023, Martin worked at CzechTrade in Chicago and as a business analyst at Zaslat.cz. He studied International Business at the University of Economics and Business in Prague and Law at Masaryk University in Brno. He studied at McGill University in Montreal and BSB Dijon in France. He participated in a summer school with the European Investment Bank.

Martin se k týmu připojil v roce 2025. Před tím působil ve společnosti PwC, kde se specializoval na oceňování derivátů v energetickém sektoru a řízení tržních rizik. Vedle analytického zázemí disponuje i zkušeností ze sales, která mu umožňuje nahlížet na investiční příležitosti z komerční perspektivy. Je absolventem bakalářského oboru Finance na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze a aktuálně studuje magisterský obor Finanční inženýrství.

Tomáš joined the team in 2025. He previously worked in the corporate finance & restructuring team at EY and at VGD Appraisal, where he focused on valuations and transfer pricing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in financial engineering. He also studied at the renowned Erasmus University Rotterdam.
