M&A advisory services

Versute Investments leverages its experience in acquiring companies for the VERSUTE Private Equity Fund, and through its activities in the private equity sector, it is able to provide M&A advisory services to selected companies on both the buy-side and the sell-side.

Bond issuance

Versute Investments and its team members have secured several bond issuance which will be the first green bonds traded publicly with a total value of over EUR 80 million.

The latest project was the arrangement of GEVORKYAN's green bonds for a total amount of up to 30 million EUR, which are the first publicly traded green bond on the Prague Stock Exchange as of March 2024.
