We invest in small and medium-sized enterprises through Private Equity funds. We are currently the manager (General Partner) of the fund BHS Private Equity Fund.

Geographical scope

Focus primarily on companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia that have the potential to be or are already present on foreign markets.

Sector of the economy

Focus on businesses in all sectors, but with a primary focus on traditional economy sectors. This is where the team has the most experience.

Size of enterprises

Focus on mature and profitable SMEs with a proven business model and strong growth and innovation potential.

Growth capital

This form of investment eliminates the drain on funds for debt repayment and debt service so that the maximum funds can be invested in growth opportunities.

Leveraged buyouts

Versute Investments seeks stable, healthy businesses with strong cash flow whose buyouts can be financed through a combination of equity and bank financing. The repayment of acquisition debt from funds generated by the acquired business is one of the factors that increases shareholder value.

Management buyouts

Many owners who started their businesses in the first half of the 1990s are dealing with the succession issue. Investments in management buyouts allow existing managers to acquire an ownership stake and thus provide a strong incentive to further develop these businesses.

There are experienced management teams in the Czech Republic that are looking for suitable companies that, if properly managed, represent an opportunity for superior value for money. Versute Investments works with HR consultants and management teams to identify and execute such opportunities.
